What if my items damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your sunglasses got damages during shipping or you received a wrong item, please email us with your name, phone number, order number. We will start a return process and send you a prepaid label for product return.The replacement will send to you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
For any reason you are not completely satisfied after receiving our sunglasses, you may return them in the original conditions within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly provide a refund. Please notify us vis email before you ship the product. You will have a full refund around 7 business days after we receive the product. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
